Technical Applications Project Leader

Location: Orange, CT (Onsite 4 days/week) | Practice Area: Technology & Engineering | Type: Permanent

• →Oversee application support and ensure stable, reliable performance of customer-facing systems
• →Coordinate across onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams to maintain continuous support coverage
• →Support development and troubleshooting of web applications and backend services
• →Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and align technical delivery
• →Identify risks and support mitigation planning to ensure successful project outcomes

• Experience managing complex IT environments, including architecture and application development landscapes
• Hands-on experience with technologies such as ServiceNow, Java, microservices, Kubernetes (Azure AKS), and SAP
• Understanding of enterprise applications including web, mobile, and database systems
• Experience coordinating distributed teams across multiple locations
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders

• Experience working in regulated industries or large enterprise environments
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and containerization
• Experience managing risk and maintaining governance documentation
• Exposure to customer-facing digital platforms or applications
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
