Senior Consultant - Capital Markets, Program Manager

Location: NYC, USA (Onsite) | Practice Area: Business Consulting | Type: Permanent

• →Lead governance and delivery of the Cloud program, ensuring alignment across global stakeholders
• →Will support AI readiness and advanced analytics capabilities
• →Manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
• →Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, Technology, and Data to deliver key workstreams
• →Prepare and deliver materials for senior governance forums, including steering committees and leadership meetings

• Proven experience leading large-scale programs within financial services or consulting environments
• Experience with cloud adoption and data migration initiatives (e.g., Snowflake)
• Stakeholder management skills, including executive-level communication
• Experience establishing and managing governance frameworks and PMO activities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with structured problem-solving abilities

• Exposure to AI, GenAI, or advanced analytics initiatives
• Experience working across global teams and managing distributed delivery
• Familiarity with regulatory, audit, and risk-controlled environments
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
