Lead Product Designer - Product & Experience

Location: London (Hybrid) | Practice Area: Product & Experience | Type: Permanent 

• →Lead complex customer experience and design engagements, aligning business goals with user-centred and AI-enabled product opportunities
• →Partner with clients to shape product vision, design strategy, and experience roadmaps
• →Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and data-driven design to deliver meaningful business and user outcomes
• →Contribute to the evolution of Capco’s design methodologies, including human-AI interaction and responsible design practices
• →Support and mentor designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and high-quality delivery

• Demonstrated experience leading UX/UI design initiatives within consulting, agency, or in-house environments
• Strong understanding of digital product development, agile methodologies, and stakeholder collaboration
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and influence decisions across a range of stakeholders
• Experience working across the end-to-end design lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on inclusive, user-centred design

• Experience contributing to or scaling design systems and UX frameworks
• Knowledge of behavioural science, human factors, or experimental design approaches
• Familiarity with AI-enabled design tools, workflows, or emerging technologies
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including data and engineering
• Background in financial services or other regulated industries
