• →Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements
• →Translate requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for Agile delivery
• →Support data-focused initiatives by working closely with data architects and analysts on solution design
• →Track project progress, manage backlogs, and coordinate releases using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• →Contribute to testing, implementation, and issue resolution to ensure high-quality delivery

• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in Agile environments
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
• Experience with SQL (Oracle, SQL Server; MongoDB is a plus) and data analysis
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design artifacts
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Experience working on data management or data lineage projects
• Familiarity with UAT planning, execution, and documentation
• Experience with process modeling, wireframes, or design documentation
• Experience identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies
• Experience working in financial services or consulting environments
