• Degree: BS in Engineering, Testing, or related field
• Discipline: Engineering or related scientific/technical discipline

• Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience in Tactical Network design, integration, automation, and documentation.

• →Development and Documentation:
  • →Develop, implement, and document engineering, integration, and readiness processes for CPE C2IN Tactical Network systems.
  • →Prepare and maintain documentation for Configuration item baselines.
• →Coordination and Collaboration:
  • →Participate in and assist with the coordination of the integrated product team and other technical forums at the PM C2 Transport, CPE C2IN, and subordinate agency level.
  • →Coordinate with program, project, and product management offices to assess the efficacy of engineering and integration processes.
• →Technical Evaluation:
  • →Independently evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria; make minor adaptations and modifications as necessary.
• →Configuration Management:
  • →Assist in the management, maintenance, and automation of Configuration Management tools.
  • →Maintain proper version controls of software deliverables.
• →Software Delivery Oversight:
  • →Oversee the delivery of software applications in test and deployment environments.
  • →Analyze configuration issues and propose appropriate resolutions.
• →Reviews and Audits:
  • →Participate in design reviews, configuration audits, and evaluations of software products to ensure proper identification, control, and status accounting of the software baseline for each system.
• →Communication and Leadership:
  • →Bring knowledge of Army organization structure and Unit Task Organization concepts.
  • →Effectively communicate and lead integrated project teams.
  • →Provide independent and professional support on portions of complex projects.

• Strong understanding of Tactical Network design and integration.
• Proficient in Configuration Management and version control systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
