We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. Your primary focus will be on preventive maintenance, pool upkeeping, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems to minimize downtime and ensure safety. • Maintain the upkeep of the property
• Maintain property based on standard operating procedures
• Determine the necessary materials, equipment, and supplies
• Order all supplies promptly to complete projects
• Responsible for some construction, painting, electrical and plumbing
• Perform general repairs as needed such as painting, constructing and patching walls, security hardware, and landscaping
• Perform a variety of skilled work in maintenance, repairs including carpentry, plumbing, filter maintenance, and light fixture maintenance
• Coordinate or inspect, operate and maintain the heating, cooling and ventilation systems
• Perform routine cleaning, upkeep, and maintenance of resort swimming pools, spas, and surrounding pool areas
• Monitor and maintain proper pool water levels and cleanliness in accordance with established operating procedures
• Inspect and perform routine maintenance of pool equipment, pumps, filters, heaters, valves, skimmers, and related systems
• Test and monitor pool water chemistry and maintain appropriate chemical levels in accordance with established procedures and applicable requirements
• Safely handle, store, and use pool chemicals in accordance with company safety procedures and manufacturer instructions
• Remove debris and maintain the cleanliness of pool decks, drains, skimmers, and other pool-area surfaces
• Inspect pool areas for safety and maintenance concerns, including damaged equipment, fixtures, fencing, gates, drains, and surrounding surfaces, and promptly report or correct issues as appropriatePerform all other duties as assigned

• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred

• Have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Have and maintain a good driving record clear of significant violations

• Experience in timeshare resort maintenance is a plus.

• Knowledge of essential maintenance, pool upkeep, power tools and the ability to use them

• Able to multi-task and handle all maintenance issues
