  • Able to contact and coordinate vendor packets, COI and W9 information to create vendor accounts
  • Able to assist the General Manager with all operational projects
  • Assist in coordinating all Board related functions 
  • Processing owner information and request
  • Responsible for documenting, verifying and processing invoices
  • Posts payments and credits to owner accounts
  • Monitors monthly resort invoices to ensure all invoices are submitted for payment
  • Coordinates with department managers to ensure all invoices are entered with the month
  • Reports balance of accounts receivables to Regions VP of Operations, Assistant General Manager, etc. as requested
  • Coordinates and manages collection procedures
  • Prepares deposits from daily cash reports
  • Prepares and submits monthly aging reports
  • Reconciles vendor statements to invoices
  • Prepares and processes all invoices for review and approval by upper management
  • Manages vendor relations
  • Maintains files of all accounting information, payables & receivables, contracts, etc.
  • Assists in preparing accounting analysis
  • Complies with all company policies and procedures
  • Performs all other duties as assigned
  • Performs all other related duties and projects as assigned by the General Manager

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two (2) years Guest Services experience
  • Minimum one (1) year accounting related experience in Timeshare/Resort environment
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Must have knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have knowledge and able to use all basic office equipment
  • Multitask oriented, organized and able to set priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to adjust and interact with all levels of personnel
  • Must be able to do multi-function tasking coordinated with General Manager
  • Must possess excellent communicative skills, both written and oral
  • Must possess leadership skills
  • Able to manage, direct and complete assigned duties as directed by General Manager
  • Able to process and resolve guest service requirements
  • Must be able to assist, train and direct staff where necessary
