You take ownership of store operations and team leadership, working collaboratively to drive business performance. As Assistant Store Manager, you share responsibility for building a high-performing team, meeting operational budgets, and developing a proactive business strategy alongside the management team. You bring strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a positive, energetic approach to challenges.

·       Inspire, lead, and coach the store team to foster a culture of accountability and high performance.

• Support recruitment, training, and development to build a team of dedicated Michael Kors brand ambassadors.

·       Lead by example on the sales floor, driving results and holding yourself and the team accountable.

• Analyze performance reports and implement action plans to exceed expectations.
• Manage the client database proactively to enhance customer engagement and increase sales.
• Collaborate on local customer events to generate additional revenue.
• Ensure consistent client communication using all available clienteling tools.

·       Maintain inventory integrity through scheduled audits and bi-annual inventories.

• Utilize company communication platforms effectively and take appropriate action on updates.

·       Proven retail and management experience in a fast-paced environment

• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in leveraging technology to enhance sales and customer experience
• Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to a dynamic retail setting
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and follow-up skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with retail KPIs and Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English and effective communication skill
