Prepared Foods Leader

Caraluzzi's Markets is seeking a motivated and hard working individual to manage & lead culinary operations in our Prepared Foods department. Our kitchens produce restaurant quality entrees, appetizers, side dishes, rotisserie items and extensive soup bar, along with a comprehensive holiday & party catering menu program.

An ideal applicant would be able to:

• Lead associates by example
• Teach & motivate associates on proper recipe production methods
• Forecast customer needs and plan production accordingly
• Merchandise food so that it is visually appealing
• Interact frequently with customers and provide excellent customer service
• Able to maintain constant communications with associates & store team members
• Ensure safe food handling & safety guidelines are followed

Minimum 5 years applicable experience required with some management experience. Applicant must have track record of excellent customer service and be able to demonstrate strong culinary skills.
