Position Overview
Cardiovascular Institute of Central Florida (CVICFL) is seeking a full-time Electrophysiologist to join our growing physician-led cardiovascular practice serving Ocala. This role includes a mix of bread and butter, and complex cases (CT Surgical Support on site) within our clinic and hospitals.
Key responsibilities/services include:
- Diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias, both standard and complex
- Performance of routine and complex catheter ablations
- Implantation and management of cardiac devices
- Electrophysiology studies, intracardiac mapping, remote monitoring, and comprehensive inpatient/outpatient EP care
- Opportunities for watchman implantation and other electrophysiology-related structural heart procedures
EP procedures are performed at HCA West Marion Hospital and HCA Ocala Hospital utilizing advanced mapping and ablation technologies. The incoming physician will be supported by experienced APPs across both clinic and hospital settings.
Compensation includes a strong base salary, production incentives, additional incentives, sign-on bonus and relocation, comprehensive benefits, and partnership/equity opportunities.

Qualifications
- Electrophysiology Fellowship Program
- Completion of accredited Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Medicine, and Electrophysiology training programs
- MD or DO
- Eligible for Florida medical licensure
- Open to experienced Electrophysiologists and current fellows
- Strong commitment to clinical excellence, teamwork, and patient satisfaction
- Location and practice has experience supporting J1 & H-1B waivers.
