Position Overview
Bay Area Cardiology Associates is seeking a full-time Electrophysiologist to join our growing physician-led cardiovascular practice serving the Greater Tampa region. This role includes a mix of clinic and hospital responsibilities with broad exposure to electrophysiology procedures and consultative care across affiliated hospitals and office locations.
Key responsibilities/services include:
The incoming physician will work within state-of-the-art clinic and hospital facilities alongside a dedicated team of APPs, medical assistants, and administrative staff. Shared Monday–Friday general call responsibilities provide balanced physician support and work-life balance.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary, productivity bonuses, additional incentives, and clinical research revenue, and equity opportunity.

Position Overview
Bay Area Cardiology Associates is seeking a full-time Electrophysiologist to join our growing physician-led cardiovascular practice serving the Greater Tampa region. This role includes a mix of clinic and hospital responsibilities with broad exposure to electrophysiology procedures and consultative care across affiliated hospitals and office locations.
Key responsibilities/services include:
- Diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias, both standard and complex
- Performance of routine and complex catheter ablations
- Implantation and management of cardiac devices
- Electrophysiology studies, intracardiac mapping, remote monitoring, and comprehensive inpatient/outpatient EP care
- Opportunities for watchman implantation and other electrophysiology-related structural heart procedures

- Open to experienced Electrophysiologists and current fellows
- Strong communication skills and patient-first mindset
