About the Role

We are seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead our digital construction and modeling workflows. In this role, you will manage BIM project setups, enforce modeling standards, and lead the coordination process across architecture, structural, and MEP disciplines. You will be the vital link that ensures building designs are fully integrated and clash-free before construction begins.


Key Responsibilities

  • Model Management: Set up, maintain, and archive Revit models and project templates according to company standards.
  • Clash Detection: Run regular clash detection tests using Navisworks, generate coordination reports, and lead resolution meetings with engineering teams.
  • Standards Enforcement: Audit models to ensure compliance with BIM protocols, data integrity, and drafting accuracy.
  • Team Support: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and onboarding for project teams utilizing BIM software.
  • Content Creation: Develop and maintain a standardized library of Revit families and parametric components.


Qualifications

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in BIM coordination or advanced modeling within the AEC industry.
  • Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of multi-disciplinary MEP, structural, and architectural spatial coordination.
  • Education: Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technical experience.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership abilities, clear communication, and excellent problem-solving skills.
