Manager, Product Management - Card MarTech Platform

Capital One is looking for a Manager of Product Management for their Card MarTech Platform in McLean, Virginia. The Card Marketing Technology (MarTech) team focuses on creating personalized, intelligent marketing experiences across various channels. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing automation and messaging capabilities, primarily using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, to deliver exceptional customer marketing experiences. Your tasks will include developing product roadmaps and strategies, defining KPIs and success metrics, and collaborating with engineering and marketing teams. You'll need strong communication skills and the ability to balance the needs of both technology and marketing stakeholders. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of SFMC modules, be an analytical problem solver, and be results-focused. The role requires proficiency in product management and the ability to adapt to an iterative mindset. The minimum and maximum annual salaries for this role are location-dependent, and the role may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
