Collaborative work with Sales, Customer Service Managers, and customers is crucial to identify and deliver solutions that meet customer needs. Additionally, this role involves project management, including risk identification and mitigation, and advocating for security and best practices within the organization. The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of enterprise implementation, IT service management, project management, or account management experience, along with subject matter expertise in the industry or product(s). Certification in Project Management or Service Management (e.g., ITIL, PMP, Prince2) is desirable. Experience with Oracle products, including knowledge of its solutions, is a plus. This position is open to US citizens with experience working with Federal customers and involves supporting customers primarily in the Eastern Time Zone and working globally. The salary range varies based on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location, with the base pay ranging from $29.28 to $85.67 per hour or $60,900 to $178,200 per annum, along with potential equity, benefits, and bonuses.
