- Deliver all equipment on a timely basis as promised to customers. 100% of late deliveries reported to dispatcher/Transportation Manager.
- 100% of units to be fueled, inspected for damage and tagged at time of return.
- 100% of management requests, special assignment or projects to be completed with in the specified time.
- Driver must maintain a safe driving record at all times.
- Department of Transportation (DOT) log book to be in 100% compliance.
- Drivers Daily Inspection Reports to be completed prior to first run every morning.
- 100% of suspected customer damage reported to on site coordinator immediately upon identification
- Digital pictures to be taken of all suspected customer damage.
- 100% of suspected damages to be documented on check-in sheet.
- Obtains customer signature on rental contract and damage inspection sheet at time of delivery
- Minimum 90% of all contracts and inspection sheets to have customer signature captured.
- Appearance
- Vehicle to be kept clean and in proper working order
- Must wear assigned uniform and keep clean
- Interacts with dispatcher/Transportation Manager throughout the day to support ongoing change in demand for equipment.
- Makes final inspection of equipment before customer receives it, verifying inventory ID number, fuel level, and condition.
- Provides familiarization training by giving customers start/stop and general safety operating instructions.
- Has good working knowledge of equipment being delivered.

Must have a Class A CDL license and clean driving record. This includes no more than 2 minor violations within the past 3 years and no major violations within the past 5 years (Motor Vehicle will be performed on final candidate).
This position is on the road the majority of the time. Travel is about 95% of the time and the other time will be spent around the facility. May on a continuous basis sit for a long period of time, stand, walk or bend and lift up to 75 lbs. Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to low. Candidate must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
