The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing and directing Physical Therapy services to guests, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians’ orders.

• →Screening patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms.
• →Diagnosing movement dysfunction and developing a treatment plan.
• →Providing guidance and direction to Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA's).
• →Teaching patients how to properly use therapeutic exercise techniques.
• →Maintaining patient records and keeping track of goals and progress.
• →Advising the patient and family about in-home treatment options and exercises.

• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist through the State Board of Physical Therapy.
• A minimum of one years experience in a Skilled Nursing setting preferred.
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and CPR certification required.
