Physical Security Project Manager

As The Physical Security Project Manager you will provide project management and functional oversight for physical security efforts supporting a classified customer’s mission requirements, including planning, coordination, execution tracking, stakeholder engagement, and integration of physical security support across locations and activities.

  • →Plan, coordinate, and manage physical security tasking, schedules, priorities, and deliverables across the supported effort.
  • →Oversee physical security support associated with facilities, access control, inspections, policy implementation, and site-specific requirements.
  • →Coordinate with Government leads, field locations, and other security disciplines to ensure integrated execution of physical security requirements.
  • →Track actions, risks, and dependencies affecting physical security mission support and provide status updates to Government leadership as required.
  • →Support continuous improvement of physical security processes, documentation, and service delivery.

• • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant discipline and 10 years of directly relevant experience; or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline plus 14 years of directly related work experience.
  • Experience must include support to Special Access Program and Sensitive Compartmented Information environments
  • Security certifications, and Project Management Professional PMP certification are a plus for this role.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively across Government, contractor, and external stakeholders; prepare briefings, reports, standard operating procedures, and official correspondence; and lead a team in fast paced classified environments.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; must be able to meet any applicable Special Access Program eligibility requirements identified by the Government.

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $159,200.00/Yr. - USD $265,800.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
