We are seeking a highly organized Part-Time HVAC Dispatcher to support our residential HVAC service operations out of Sanford, FL. This role plays a key part in coordinating technician schedules, routing calls, and supporting customer appointment flow throughout the day.

Dispatch HVAC service technicians efficiently to meet customer appointment times
Manage incoming service requests and schedule heating and air conditioning service calls
Coordinate technician routing and job assignments to maximize efficiency
Monitor call flow through the HVAC service platform and dispatch system
Communicate with technicians and customers regarding appointment updates and routing changes
Support field teams throughout the day by adjusting schedules and resolving routing issues
Maintain accurate scheduling and ensure technicians remain productive throughout the day

This is a fast-paced, in-office dispatcher position supporting residential HVAC service operations.

Familiarity with local geography and routing preferred
