Responsibilities

Handle escalated customer concerns and service issues
→Research account and service information to determine appropriate resolutions
→Troubleshoot customer issues and identify next steps
→Document interactions and resolutions accruately
→Follow up on unresolved issues as needed
→Support additional customer service functions as assignmed.
→Investigate service quality issues including pricing, damages, and technician performance

Requirements

Customer service experience required
Experience handling customer escalations and troubleshooting
QAM experience a plus
Strong problem-solving and communication skils
Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult situations
Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
Strong computer and documentation skills
Pre-employment drug screen and nationwide background check required.
