Responsibilities

→Pull and organize materials for scheduled jobs
→Stage materials and equipment for technician readiness
→Stock service vehicles with required parts
→Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments
→Deliver materials to job sites and assist with loading trucks
→Maintain and track inventory, supplies, tools, and equipment
→Coordinate warranty returns and vendor shipments
→Operate a forklift to move materials and unload trucks
→Keep the warehouse organized and running efficiently
→Maintain accurate documentation on inventory and purchases

Requirements

Warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical systems is a plus
Valid driver’s license required
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (location dependent)
Basic computer skills (Outlook, inventory systems, etc.)
Strong organization skills and ability to work independently
