- Moderate, manage and expand Sleek’s online entrepreneur communities.
- Develop and execute a regional community strategy to build and nurture the communities aligned with Sleek’s overall business goals.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and growth, launching bold initiatives to enhance engagement.
- Build meaningful relationships with members and keep the conversation alive and buzzing.
- Create opportunities for members to connect, collaborate, and learn from each other.
- Design and implement a community engagement strategy to encourage meaningful interactions among members.
- Be the go-to support for members; respond to queries, solve challenges, and nurture trust.
- Design and execute exciting online as well as offline events, campaigns, and sessions that resonate with our community.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create valuable and engaging content.
- Use analytics to evaluate what’s working (and what’s not).
- Regularly analyse community growth, engagement, and feedback, producing actionable reports.
- Continuously refine strategies to drive community growth aligned with organisational objectives.
- A people-first mindset with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in community management, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure the success of events and campaigns.
- Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Requirements
~2 min readTo be applicable for this role, you will need to be located in Singapore and be able to commit to a 6-month internship period.
- Bachelor's Degree and above (final year or fresh graduates).
- Familiarity with social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube.
- Ability to create simple creatives using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights.
- Using AI tools to create content and videos.
- Willingness to learn and a curious mindset.
- Be highly collaborative, as the role will work closely with other department members on cross-functional projects.
- Strong teamwork, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently; can prioritise and adjust tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Good to have prior experience in community management, marketing, or a closely related field.

Responsibilities
~1 min readShortlisted candidates will receive an invitation to complete a one-way video interview. This step allows us to review your skills and background early in the process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all applicants.
A ~30-minute screening call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team to discuss your background, evaluate mutual fit for the role, address expectations, and answer your questions.
A ~45 minute chat with the hiring manager, where they will dive into some of your recent work situations to understand how you think and work.
