Full Stack Engineer

Are you passionate about building modern web applications that create real business impact? As a Full Stack Engineer at BDO, you’ll help design, develop and scale secure, cloud-native solutions for both internal teams and clients. You’ll join a growing Web Development practice where your ideas, technical expertise and entrepreneurial mindset will directly influence how we build and deliver digital products. Working alongside consultants, cloud engineers, UX designers and business stakeholders, you’ll contribute to innovative projects that combine modern engineering practices, AI-assisted development and scalable cloud technologies. 

In this role, you’ll contribute to the development of modern web applications while helping shape the future of our growing web development practice. 

• Build modern applications by developing and extending internal and client-facing web applications using modern full-stack technologies.

• Create high-quality solutions by delivering performant, accessible and maintainable frontend and backend features.

• Integrate business systems through APIs, enterprise platforms and identity management solutions.

• Develop cloud-native applications with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure, scalability and operational excellence.

• Contribute to technical excellence by improving reusable components, developer tooling, testing practices and architectural standards.

• Promote quality and security by applying secure coding principles, authentication and authorization best practices, automated testing and GDPR-aware development.

• Leverage AI technologies by using tools such as GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT to enhance productivity and software delivery.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate business requirements into elegant and practical technical solutions.

• Share knowledge and mentor colleagues through code reviews, best practices and technical coaching.

• Help grow the practice by contributing to the evolution of BDO's web development capabilities, standards and delivery methodologies.
