• 4+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions.

• Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Experience with Generative AI, RAG, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain).

• Familiarity with graph databases, NLP pipelines, and vector search.

• Proven ability to design scalable systems and optimize for performance.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Open-source contributions, published research, or advanced AI applications.
• Knowledge of ethical and responsible AI development practices.
• Experience scaling AI systems in production environments.
• Mandarin speaking a plus.
