Bluehawk is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Personnel and Facility Staff Support Specialist to provide comprehensive security and facility management support to the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Directorate. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and maintaining CWMD’s collateral and SCI security programs, ensure compliance with DHS and federal security policies, and support personnel and facility security operations across multiple mission areas.

 

Responsibilities

  • Experience supporting DHS, DoD, or Intelligence Community security programs.
  • Familiarity with Industrial Security, OPSEC, SCI operations, and physical access control systems.
  • Previous experience in security training, vulnerability assessments, or facility security management.
