Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has exciting opportunities for ID&C Asset & Logistics Specialist, supporting the Test Operations and Sustainment (TOS) II contract at Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC), Arnold Air Force Base, TN.

In this role, you will be embedded directly within one of the operational groups in the Instrumentation, Data, and Controls (ID&C) Branch under the Mission Information Services (MIS) directorate. You will serve as the dedicated focal point for all material management, government and company property tracking, Information Technology Equipment Custodian (ITEC) administration, and Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) calibration logistics supporting critical aerospace ground test infrastructure.

The ID&C Asset & Logistics Specialist manages the complete cradle-to-grave lifecycle of materials, specialized test instrumentation, IT assets, and calibration schedules for an assigned ID&C operational group.

Working closely with Engineers, Project Managers, and Branch Leadership, the successful candidate will oversee three vital operational functions: (1) coordinating, submitting, and tracking material and service purchase requisitions; (2) serving as primary or alternate Information Technology Equipment Custodian (ITEC) to maintain 100% accountable tracking of Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE); and (3) proactively track the group's TMDE program to ensure precision measurement equipment is calibrated, certified, and compliant with Air Force and AEDC quality standards. This role bridges administrative rigor, inventory logistics, and technical facility support to ensure test operations face zero downtime due to missing hardware or expired calibrations.

  • Coordinate, prepare, submit, and track material, tool, and service requisitions for engineering and craft personnel, verifying account coding, funding lines, and delivery milestones.
  • Serve as the group Information Technology Equipment Custodian (ITEC), managing the custody, transfer, inventory, and disposition/DRMO of all Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE), computing hardware, and networked peripherals.
  • Conduct mandated annual 100% physical ADPE/ITEC inventories, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain audit-ready property accountability records in compliance with Air Force instructions.
  • Proactively track the group Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) program, monitoring calibration schedules, coordinating routine and emergency recalls with the base calibration laboratory (PMEL), and processing calibration waiver and extension requests.
  • Process receipt inspections for incoming materials, identify non-conforming items, coordinate vendor return-to-vendor (RTV) actions, and expedite replacement parts.
  • Actively participate in the review of group work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs), collaborating with engineers and the Work Instruction Point of Contact (POC) to integrate continuous process improvements.
  • It is a condition of employment to wear company-issued Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in accordance with supervisory direction and company policy.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by group leadership.
