The candidate will assist the expatriate management team to ensure the timely deliverable of tremendous workload and serve as a backup for the function.

Responsibilities

→Coordinate with supervisor to monitor and implement expatriate management process, including recruiting, on boarding, promotion, transferring and returning;
→Monitor and ensure the maintenance of expatriates’ legal status in the U.S., and assist expatriates with all applications, extensions or renewals for passports, visas, etc.;
→Provide service to expatriates regarding their cultural adaptation and safety in U.S., such as mentoring program, emergency card, etc.;
→Prepare the official letters, reports and other paperwork in Chinese and submit to HO;
→Analyze and evaluate the Bank’s expatriates’ turnovers and demands;
→Maintain and update the monthly Chinese staff list and report to HO quarterly;
→Participate and/or manage ad-hoc projects on an as needed basis.
