Our in-house licensed Paralegal, Regional coordinate legal services in both French and English and manage current delinquent accounts by pursuing those tenants through the Landlord and Tenant Board. 

 

This is a fixed-term contract opportunity for a period of 12 months with the possibility of becoming a permanent role upon completion based on business needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role in property management
  • Extensive knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act
  • Licensed as Paralegal designated by the applicable provincial regulatory body
  • Valid driver’s licence, clean driver abstract, reliable, insured means of personal transportation to and between work locations may be required for some locations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
  • Knowledge of standard Accounts Receivable
  • Experience in a high volume fast paced environment 
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Experience in Tribunal Hearings
