At Change Grow Live, we believe that the people who use our services are the experts in their own experiences. We're looking for an inspiring and passionate Service User Involvement Lead (Senior Practitioner) to help ensure that lived and living experience is at the heart of everything we do across our Nottinghamshire services.

This is an exciting new senior role, created to amplify the voices of the people who access our services and to ensure their feedback drives meaningful, visible improvements. About the Role

As our Service User Involvement Lead, you will champion innovative approaches to coproduction and participation, creating opportunities for people with lived and living experience to shape the design, delivery and evaluation of our services.

You will work closely with service users, staff, partners and communities to strengthen involvement across the service, ensuring that feedback is heard, valued and translated into tangible action. Through your leadership, you will help build a culture where people feel empowered to share their experiences and influence positive change.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop service user involvement and coproduction activities across Nottinghamshire services.
  • Create meaningful opportunities for people with lived and living experience to influence service development.
  • Gather, analyse and act upon feedback to drive continuous service improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with service users, community groups and partner organisations.
  • Support staff teams to embed involvement and coproduction into everyday practice.
  • Champion innovative approaches that increase engagement and participation.
  • Demonstrate the impact of service user involvement through improved experiences and outcomes.

We are seeking someone who:

  • Has experience of leading engagement, participation, involvement or coproduction initiatives.
  • Is passionate about empowering people and amplifying lived experience voices.
  • Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Can inspire others and influence change at all levels.
  • Is creative, proactive and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Understands the importance of equality, diversity, inclusion and community engagement.
