As a Farm Bureau Agent, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- →Offer a wide suite of financial services and insurance products including an RBC Wealth Management platform, Life Insurance, Annuities, Property & Casualty and more
- →Build and run your business with the backing of a respected and established organization
- →Access advanced support including research, technology platforms, marketing, legal guidance and coaching
- →Leverage cross‑sell opportunities that grow your book and improve client retention
You won’t do this alone. As an Agent, you’ll have access to:
- →District Manager to assist you in getting started and building your business
- →Trainers who are dedicated to helping you understand our systems, processes and products
- →Marketing Underwriters to assist with specialized business cases in Ag and Commercial
- →Marketing coaches to help build a strong marketing strategy to promote your business
- →Just-In-Time Team A team of industry professionals to assist with client case design
- →Wealth Management Consultant (WMC) a joint work partner who provides expertise in life insurance and financial services
- →Financial Advisor a joint work partner who provides expertise in financial planning, retirement planning, and succession planning for your clients
- →Veteran Agents who provide advice and mentoring opportunities for our new Agents
- →Regional Vice President (RVP) can help set up and execute your business strategies
