Senior/Medior Business Analyst (English/French)

• →Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
• →Facilitate workshops and requirement discovery sessions.
• →Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• →Document business processes, workflows, and functional requirements.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• →Work independently, take ownership, and proactively drive analysis activities.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French (mandatory).
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, validating, and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience writing User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Functional Specifications.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
