Spanish Linquist/Translator

Culmen International is seeking a bilingual Spanish Linquist/Translator to support operations in Tucson, Arizona. 

• →Provide Spanish-language simultaneous and consecutive interpretation for meetings and operational coordination.
• →Provide written translation and review of analytic, operational, and intelligence products.
• →Provide interpretation support at the General/Flag Officer and Senior Executive Service (SES) level.
• →Operate Sennheiser (or equivalent) interpretation equipment.
• →Translate technical documents containing military, intelligence, and law enforcement terminology.
• →Maintain engagement records and translation/interpretation activity logs.
• →Provide an Intelligence Specialist with the principal place of performance in Tucson, Arizona (JIATF-CC), to serve as SME, Intelligence Plans, Programs and Systems, with knowledge of CTOC operations.
• →Assisting in the development of intelligence planning, intelligence systems architecture requirements, and intelligence training.
• →Provide Spanish linguist/translator personnel who possess a minimum Level 4 (Full Professional Proficiency) in both reading and speaking, as measured by the Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT), Foreign Service Institute (FSI) scale, or equivalent Government-recognized assessment. Documentation of proficiency shall be provided to the Government upon request.

• Bachelor’s degree from a college or university
• Experience in Spanish linguist/translator personnel who possess a minimum Level 4 (Full Professional Proficiency) in both reading and speaking, as measured by the Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT), Foreign Service Institute (FSI) scale, or equivalent Government-recognized assessment.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
