Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health New York provides programs and services for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and dual diagnoses. Located in Livingston, NY, this position is responsible for coordinating aspects of daily operations for their assigned residences in conjunction with the Residential Director. They will oversee compliance to OPWDD regulations in the assigned residence, as well as the daily operation and all procedural routines, including resident inventories, residence supply inventories, food inventories, recreation supplies, etc. The Residential Manager will insure proper staffing ratio and monitor benefit use and overtime in conjunction with the Residential Director. They are responsible for insuring staff assigned to the house receive all necessary trainings during orientation and on an annual basis. They will also need to insure that Treatment Team and treatment planning meetings are prepared for and attended by assigned residence staff and that Treatment Team procedures are followed and implemented when necessary.
