✓Associate/Provisional License: $65,000 – $72,000 annually Supervision is provided for provisionally licensed therapists

✓Fully Licensed Clinicians: $72,000 – $80,000 annually

Responsibilities

→Personalized Caseloads: Manage a small caseload of up to eight to ten clients, providing high-quality, individualized care with a commitment to family programming and parent coaching.
→Facilitate Individual, Family, and Group Therapy: Conduct therapy sessions that integrate trauma-informed care and systemic approaches to create meaningful change in families.
→Develop comprehensive discharge plans for students, ensuring thorough review with both students and their family members.
→Maintain compliance with treatment standards through meticulous and timely documentation of notes and adherence to MTP (Master Treatment Plan) standard requirements.
→Client-Centered Approach: Provide client-centered care, tailoring therapy to meet individual, group, & family therapy needs.
→Cultural Competency: Apply developmentally appropriate and culturally competent care, addressing the unique psychological needs of each client.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
Active Virginia licensure or eligibility for one of the following:
- LMSW, LGPC, LGMFT (Associate/Provisional)
- LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT (Fully Licensed)
