We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join a project delivery team and start building a project management craft in a real client environment. You will work under the guidance of senior team members, support project coordination, and develop the habits and skills that make a strong PM at Nortal. The clients are real, the projects are complex, and the learning curve is steep — that is what makes it valuable.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Accountable for P&L and project organization as a whole
- →Full project plans & KPIs in place
- →Being responsible PM for some of functionality/area, handing over (accounting)
- →Resolving conflicts between delivery manager and project manager and different teams
- →Maintains the overall project plan and escalates any discrepancies to any relevant party
- →Updates release plan depending on each sprint outcome
- →Resource planning experience
- →Project Forecast
- →Scope escalations

Use AI tools for personal productivity and project management activities, with the understanding that all AI output requires your review and validation, and no PII, secrets, or production data goes into AI tools unless explicitly permitted
Requirements
~1 min read- 2-4 years of experience in project management with experience in technical project management and leading project teams
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel
- Working towards PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus
- Proficiency in both classic and agile project management methods, ideally demonstrated through certifications, training, and/or experience
- IT project management expertise, preferably with experience working with public or healthcare sector clients and in responding to tenders
- Independent, committed, and structured working style
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ceremonies
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
