As a Product Owner, you’ll bring structure to ambiguity, help teams focus on what matters, and shape solutions used by people and organisations every day.

• →Lead stakeholder interviews, examine current processes, and uncover real user and business needs.
• →Carry out system analysis covering system behaviour, data flows, integrations, and dependencies.
• →Translate findings into feasible product solutions that balance expectations with real-world constraints.
• →Build and maintain As-Is/To-Be flows, UML diagrams, data-flow models, and specs that guide the team.
• →Own and prioritise the backlog, refine the scope, track progress, and keep everyone aligned.
• →Be the go-to person for questions, celebrate wins, handle change requests, and measure success against clear goals.

• At least two years of experience as a Product Owner or System Analyst.
• Proven track record in hands-on system analysis, including expertise with UML, process modelling, prototyping, and writing clear functional/technical specifications.
• A good balance of big-picture product vision and attention to detail in analysis and documentation.
• Skilled at managing goals, timelines, and expectations in complex environments.
• Excellent communication skills in Estonian and English.

• For a junior-level position: €2300-2900 gross/monthly (full-time).
• For a mid-level position: €3100-3800 gross/monthly (full-time).
• For a senior-level position: €3800-5000 gross/monthly (full-time).

Final compensation will depend on factors such as relevant experience, role seniority, and skill set.
