We’re excited to welcome our next addition to join a culture built on teamwork, high standards, and the shared drive to keep improving every day!

This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of an Encyclis Energy Recovery Facility, sitting within the site leadership team.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you’ll lead the maintenance function, coordinating day-to-day activities of multi-discipline teams and contractors, embedding best practice, and ensuring assets are maintained safely, reliably and cost-effectively.
