Join our team as a Project Manager and support the U.S. Coast Guard Directorate of International Affairs and Foreign Policy Advisor (DCO-I) by leading all contractor work performed under this task order as the single point of contact to the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative. You will manage a multi-discipline team, deliver monthly status reports and biweekly progress meetings, and ensure timely, high-quality performance across the program's administrative, technical, and financial support requirements.

This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm at USCG Headquarters in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead and own all work delivered on the contract, serving as the primary point of contact for the government's Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
- →Manage a multi-disciplinary team providing administrative, technical, and financial support
- →Prepare and submit monthly status reports covering progress, schedule, travel, and recommendations
- →Meet with the COR every two weeks to review progress and resolve emerging issues
- →Keep the team aligned with USCG rules, safety practices, and professional standards
Requirements

- Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing multi-discipline teams in support of Government contracts.
- Bachelor's degree and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
