Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents recovering from illness, injury, surgery, and changes in functional ability.

You'll:

  • →

    Evaluate residents and develop individualized plans of care

  • →

    Provide skilled physical therapy interventions focused on mobility, strength, balance, function, and independence

  • →

    Help residents work toward meaningful functional goals

  • →

    Collaborate with PTAs and members of the interdisciplinary care team

  • →

    Educate residents, families, and caregivers

  • →

    Document progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical needs

  • →

    Play an active role in helping residents regain function and improve their quality of life

We're looking for a PT who brings strong clinical skills, compassion, and a patient-first mindset.

Requirements
