AdvantageCare Rehabilitation is looking for a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team at Indian Lake Rehabilitation Center in Lakeview, Ohio.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or eligible Ohio Physical Therapist license
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Patient-centered approach to rehabilitation
• Ability to work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team
• Dependable availability for agreed-upon PRN coverage
• Skilled nursing or geriatric experience is a plus, but not required
