Entry Level Software Engineer

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or Engineering, Science, or Math.

 

• →Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions supporting the NOSIS program
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment
• →Contribute to full-stack development across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers
• →Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and continuous integration/delivery pipelines
• →Support system integration, RESTful API design, and containerized deployments
• →Produce and maintain technical documentation

• js + PostgreSQL — frontend and relational database development
• TypeScript — strongly-typed JavaScript development
• Spring Boot — Java-based backend services
• Go / Java — backend microservices development
• RESTful API Design — interface design and implementation
• Docker & Containerization — container-based deployment workflows
• Agile Practices — Scrum / Kanban software development methodology

• GitOps (e.g., FluxCD) — automated, declarative deployment pipelines
• Message Queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) — asynchronous service communication
• Observability Stack — Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry
• CI/CD Pipeline Experience — pipeline configuration and automation
• Kubernetes / Container Orchestration — container scheduling and management
