The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for a Temporary Part-Time Sr. Project Coordinator position in our National Center office.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, edit, and maintain end-user documentation for Salesforce, including step-by-step user guides, job aids, and reference materials.
  • Convert existing documentation and raw content into standardized organizational templates, ensuring consistency, clarity, and usability.
  • Collaborate closely with Systems Trainers and subject matter experts to gather requirements and validate instructional content.
  • Translate complex system processes and workflows into clear, user-friendly instructional materials for multiple audiences.
  • Ensure all materials align with organizational branding, documentation standards, and accessibility guidelines.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews on training materials to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Update and maintain documentation repositories to ensure materials remain current with system changes and enhancements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of training, systems adoption, and documentation initiatives.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Five (5) years of relevant work experience.
