Associate Project Manager

 

 

 

 

 

We are looking for an organized and proactive Associate Project Manager to support the successful delivery of customer projects. In this role, you will work closely with experienced Project Managers and cross-functional teams, helping to coordinate project activities, maintain key documentation, and ensure projects stay on track for successful delivery.

• →Support project planning, scheduling, and status reporting activities.
• →Maintain project documentation, including risk, issue, and action registers.
• →Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project communications.
• →Track project tasks and follow up on actions to ensure timely completion.
• →Identify and escalate project risks, issues, or delays when appropriate.
• →Collaborate with Project Managers, consultants, and internal delivery teams.Help drive efficient project execution by ensuring information is accurate, organised, and up to date.
• →Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the delivery team.

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of project management or project delivery principles.
• Experience supporting project coordination activities such as scheduling, meeting coordination, reporting, or action tracking.
• Exposure to professional services, SaaS, consulting, or project delivery environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and delivery teams.
