• →Perform maintenance and repairs on residential plumbing systems
• →Diagnose plumbing issues and provide customers with repair and replacement options
• →Deliver exceptional customer service and build trust with homeowners
• →Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and team members
• →Accurately document work performed, estimates, and invoices using ServiceTitan
• →Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively
• →Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Minimum of 1 year of residential plumbing, maintenance, or related experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to diagnose basic plumbing issues and recommend solutions
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment assessments, background check, and drug screening
