We're seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Technician to diagnose, repair, maintain, and service residential heating and cooling systems while providing an outstanding customer experience.

• →Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• →Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
• →Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and related equipment
• →Educate homeowners and clearly explain repair options and recommendations
• →Recommend system upgrades, replacements, and comfort solutions when appropriate
• →Identify opportunities to improve system performance, efficiency, and reliability
• →Utilize ServiceTitan to document work and manage customer communication
• →Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification required (EPA 608 Universal preferred)
• NATE Certification is a plus
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Experience with ServiceTitan preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
