• →Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right appliances and electronics for their needs.
• →Build rapport with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
• →Stay up to date with product features, benefits, and specifications to provide accurate information.
• →Demonstrate products effectively to highlight key features and usability.
• →Guide customers through the sales process, from product selection to finalizing purchases.
• →Offer tailored recommendations and upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate.
• →Ensure customers receive a positive and memorable shopping experience.
• →Handle questions, concerns, or objections professionally and efficiently.
• →Assist customers with order processing, delivery scheduling, and payment transactions.
• →Verify customer orders to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
• →Work closely with colleagues to achieve store and department sales goals.
• →Maintain clean and visually appealing displays for appliances and electronics.
• →Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management.
• →Offer troubleshooting advice for product-related questions or issues.
• →Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, including Value Added Products and Services (VAPS) and product protection.
• →Adhere to store policies, including safety guidelines and ethical sales practices.
• →Ensure compliance with warranty and return policies when assisting customers.
• →Performing various other duties, as assigned
