• →Welcome customers warmly and build relationships to understand their furniture needs.
• →Assist customers in finding furniture pieces that suit their style, budget, and space requirements.
• →Develop an in-depth understanding of the furniture selection, including materials, designs, dimensions, and care instructions.
• →Explain the features and benefits of various products to help customers make informed decisions.
• →Guide customers through the purchasing process, from selection to finalizing transactions.
• →Handle questions, concerns, and objections with professionalism and patience.
• →Assist customers in placing orders, arranging financing, and scheduling deliveries.
• →Verify order accuracy and coordinate follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• →Address customer concerns, product issues, or complaints promptly and effectively.
• →Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets by employing effective selling techniques.
• →Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, including Value Added Products and Services (VAPS) and product protection.
• →Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
• →Educate customers about policies related to warranties, returns, and exchanges.
• →Performing various other duties, as assigned
