Weekend On-Call Rotation *required*

Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)

• →Completing work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• →Performing routine preventive maintenance inside and outside of the building
• →Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
• →Carpentry experience, preferred
• →Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• →Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• →Strong HVAC knowledge or certification
• →Must have the ability to handle a physical workload
• →Plumbing, painting and electrical experience
