AeroSafe Global is currently hiring multiple Production Operators to join its team at its Indianapolis, Indiana facility. These are full-time, onsite opportunities for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable working in a hands-on production environment.

The Production Operator is principally responsible for processing the American Aerogel product through the refurbishment process. This position ensures the quality of the product through each step using self-monitoring and observation.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Flexible for all shifts; willing to work OT and weekends when needed
• Strong attention to detail
• Curiosity and interest in learning
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to use tools such as scanners, manual pallet jacks, banding machines, etc.
• Must be extremely trustworthy, flexible, and dependable with a good attendance history
• Self-Motivated and able to perform with little direction
• Team-Player- must possess a “can do” attitude and must be able to work with
• Proficient English Written and verbal, Good

While performing the duties of this position, the employee will frequently be required to:

• Sit for extended periods.
• Use hands and fingers to handle objects, tools, or controls, including repetitive motions.
• Communicate effectively by speaking and hearing.
