X-Ray Tech/Registered Medical Assistant (UC)

The Registered Medical Assistant / Laboratory / X-Ray Technologist works under general supervision to perform laboratory and x-ray procedures involving a high degree of independent judgment. Performs patient care tasks under general supervision with minimal independent judgment. Maintains all lab records and equipment logs.
Responsibilities

- →Examine expiration dates of chemicals and replace expired products
- →Perform shut-down procedures on equipment at end of day (e.g., general cleaning, flushing lines, disassembly, return

Requirements

- 0 to 6 months related experience and/or training
- Current phlebotomy certification and training in lab procedures required
- The x-ray technologist must be licensed by the state of Arkansas
- Current Registered Medical Assistant license required
