SCHEDULING COORD HOME HEALTH

Under the direction of the Manager/Case Manager, this position is responsible for scheduling all licensed staff members and Home Health Technicians on a daily basis according to patient needs and geographic location. Consults with manager to assure equal distribution of visits among field staff to achieve maximum cost effectiveness.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES(*Essential Functions)

→Assigns all cases to licensed staff and home health technicians.

→Maintains weekly, daily, and weekend schedules for all staff.

→Communicates schedule changes to staff and patients.

→Participates in problem solving and conflict management related to schedule changes and needs.

→Prepares information and SOC packet for admitting discipline.

→Prepares information packets for all other disciplines assigned to case.

EDUCATION

• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Required
• 1 Healthcare/Medical - Home Care Required
